White Oak Applaince Repair

"Attempted to schedule a repair and they initially asked about scheduling tomorrow. I said I can't do tomorrow and asked how about today. The person said how's 5pm-7pm. I said sure. Well, 7pm passed and no repair person or call. I called to see why no one came. The person I spoke with said I'm scheduled for tomorrow 5pm-7pm. And says there must have been a misunderstanding. No misunderstanding. Your person is just incompetent. So I'll take my business elsewhere."

"They charge me 100. 00 to tell me parts aren't available for my stove. Half price would have been better. He was here exactly 10 minutes"

"charged me $60 to come look at fridge, cancelled the day of appointment. finally came next day and told me I had a vacuum leak and needed to replace line and weld and the fee would be $395. said it would be repaired same day. 30 minutes later they said they didn't have the part but would be there the next day. two days later, they said part was on backorder and would be there the following day. Next day they said part wasn't available. Had to contact another company and they plugged in fridge and inspected it and said nothing was wrong and didn't even charge me a fee. This company are nothing but crooks! They refused to refund my service fee for services not rendered. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"

"Called and scheduled a repair of my dishwasher for today, December 30th between 3-6pm. Had to give credit card information over the phone when I made the appointment. Come to find out they already charged my credit card long before my scheduled appointment. No ok. I took a half day of work to be home for the appointment, got home at 1pm and received a phone call that they are not coming today and no longer have a service technician in my area so they cannot reschedule me for service. Definitely not how to properly run a business. Don't waste your time! Very bad experience. Shame on you."
