"Couldn't get an appointment where I purchased my vehicle for a nail in my tire. They charged $30 for a previous tire plug. We stopped in at Mavis and they said there would be a 20 minute wait. Got in,in less than 20 minutes and done in no time at all. Went to pay and no charge. When I need new tires I'll definitely be going to Mavis."

"Had a nail in my tire. Another shop wasted 2 hours of my day to tell me I needed a new tire. I was annoyed at my time being wasted after having called ahead, so I left. I went to Mavis a few hours later and asked them to check my tire for a nail. I did not call ahead, and they were really busy, BUT 25 min later it was fixed and I was on my way home. The first shop lied, I looked at the nail, it was well into the tread and not close enough to the sidewall to be unrepairable. Honesty is extremely important to me when it comes to my vehicles. And I really appreciate when people take care of me, so I will be a repeat customer."

"No place I rather go for oil changes and to buy my tires and emissions, etc--and to also get the truth from! prices are responsible! and the guys are terrific. I talk their ear off! Especially Brandon's! He is a true asset to Mavis at Red Lion and he better never leave this location! Every time I am in there, especially just recently, Brandon explained everything in-great detail to me about my issue with my tire until I really understood it. He went the extra mile and then some. We bring all 4 of our cars there and will continue to do so only if you all continue to have the employees that you have especially ones like Brandon!!! He definitely needs some special recognition!"
