"I’ve had a ton of work done by Chappies over the past year and on multiple vehicles. They are extremely trustworthy and very knowledgeable. They are quick to schedule, and turnaround times are very efficient."
"I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Chappies Auto Service! Will is not your stereotypical dishonest mechanic that is trying to upsell you on things you don’t need or unnecessary repairs. He is very honest and kept great communication with me throughout the entire process. I felt very comfortable leaving my dream car in his care. I will absolutely be bringing my vehicles to Chappies in the future for any work that needs done and highly recommend that all my friends and family do the same."
"These guys were awesome to deal with. The feeling I got just thru our conversations made me feel that the rest of my experience was going to be excellent and I was right. My highest recommendations to Chappies. They have my business and confidence."
"Chappies was booked but was able to Squeeze in my traverse for inspection. They also sent out a text message to remind me that my inspection was about due. I haven’t had any issues with taking my vehicle there. Thanks guys"
"Do not take your vehicle there to get an alignment or tires mounted and balanced. I had a brand new set of tires mounted and had an alignment done and after my first tire rotation my front tires are completely shot. I had to use a 6 foot breaker bar to bust the Lugnuts off on both front and rear tires just to be able to rotate them. So it will end up costing me 200+ dollars for two new tires plus it will cost me another hundred dollars plus for an alignment. I guess they’re good if you want cheap labor and you really don’t care about the quality of work."
