"I don’t normally have issues here… but man… the two ‘technicians’ i got to deal with today dont belong here. Some of the most incompetent, lazy and ineffective people i’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. MVA needs to end their contracts with Envirotest. REFUSED to plug a obd reader into a obd port that was not ‘affixed properly’. Claimed it was because people blame them for breaking their vehicles. No waiver to sign. No help. Talked to station manager and the ‘DM’, Laura. You’re so afraid of doing your jobs you’ve made yourselves into a terrible service that we’re forced to deal with."
"Great people working here they really helped me out today. I was in and out in no time."
"MDOT MVA VEIP is run like a well oiled machine. The inspection is very fast. My technician Sue, was very professional and courteous. She answered all of my questions and explained the process. She was very informative and made my visit very pleasant."
"The nicest people ever. The state should give them all a hefty bonus; but the gentleman manager with the dreads and the ink went above and beyond. Grateful for public servants who take the time to get things done accurately; with apologies to the Jeep behind me."
"They’re slated to open at 8:30 but they opened a few minutes before. There was literally no wait and the attendant was courteous. I was in and out in under 15 mins"
