Jiffy Lube

"What a great crew. Extremely efficient. I'll be going back in 4 months for my oil change. This time, they inspected my truck. I'd gotten a quote from Auto Shop and was advised that my inspection was going to double what Jiffy lube was going to charge. I'm so happy I went to Jiffy lube."

"I am absolutely appalled at the way this place is run. After going through the reviews, it seems the "misunderstanding" the customer is a trend. I had my wife take our truck in today to get an oil change and inspection while I was out of town for work. During the inspection, they said we needed wipers and that the brake light was out. They then quoted her $280 for the oil and wipers and brake light and inspection! When my wife called me to tell me about the price i had said no fail us and I will replace the wipers and brake light. She clearly said "do not do the service my husband is going to replace the wipers and light." The person she was talking to even repeated it back that I was going to do the wipers and the light. They still replaced it and when they asked for her to pay she saw the bill and said no we did not want you to do the service and they said oh we misunderstood you and went to remove what they "fixed." When they were clearing the bill of the charges the person was very rude and aggressive banging on their keyboard. I dont know if they thought they could prey and scam a mother with her kids but it is absolutely disgusting. The icying on the cake is they then said they would not honor the military discount either because "I wasn't the one who took it in." Clearly they were upset and held it against us. I truly hope I do not have any "new" issues with my vehicle now after this "misunderstanding" I will not be using this place anymore for my personal or work vehicles. They are over priced and clearly hold their own mistakes against the customer when they do something wrong instead of taking accountability."
