"Great store very clean and the staff was very nice even when the customer in line in front of us was being practically verbally abusive the cashier for no reason the cashier kept calm and had a manager come talk to the lady yelling by the time I left the lady had calmed down but I still feel bad for how she spoke to the nice cashier"

"This store is dirty, gross and disrespectful. So one of my friends told me that two girls about 10-15 stole 2 pregnancy and they had candy, chips, candles, etc etc. So as they were going up to pay they start get yelled them at and threaten them. Then they got banned for what, this is a HATE crime, they didn't even get to explain then they made the girls leave or they would have called the cops. The one girl tried to explain they had money and wanted to used it quick but no i'm done with dollar store its a waste of time never ever going back and i'm reporting them as well."

"I just want to say I used to love this location. Now, unfortunately I cannot recommend this location. The cashier who I will be kind enough to not name proceeded to repeatedly call us satanists for purchasing Halloween decorations that she herself is selling to the public... Pumpkins, bats and welcome mats, not even anything scary. This cashier continued to berate us and grow increasingly indignant with every scan and kept tossing our items and trying to not touch them followed by odd hand motions she said was "washing her hands with the blood of Jesus" between verbal attacks. This went on for the duration of our entire order. I have returned all items purchased because I cannot financially support a location that allows their employees to attack customers let alone for purchasing the goods that are being sold in store... This was the most bizarre trip to dollar tree in my life and I even witnessed a beating at the Frederick location a few years back..."

"Ordered online for store pickup and only part of my order arrived when the email said it all arrived. The manager said it could have never been on the truck, could have been delivered to a different store, or "it could be buried somewhere in the back." I called customer service and was told I would get a call back in 48 hours and instead they refunded me and never called. Came to find out that the store refunded it without me knowing after they said that if I didn't want a refund I would have to call customer service to see if they could help me. I worked in customer service for years and this is just horrible, and not just at store level but on the phone as well."

"Well stocked, clean Dollar Tree with friendly cashiers. Can't beat it!"
