"When renting a tool I asked if I could return this tool to any Napa location, as Thurmont is not near my home. The associate asked a manager who in turn told me ANY NAPA will take the rental tool back. I was lied to, only corporate stores will take the tool which there are none near me. So I’m stuck with a $120 tool worth about $30. Very frustrating."

"Went in with a fuel injection line problem so I had to use rubber hose and the attendant knew I was working on fuel injection so he cut me a piece of hose and went on my way A little later my wife was pulled over and smelled gas i went to her and the hose had exploded and fuel was a over engine Come to find out he gave me low pressure hose not high pressure injection hose which is what I asked for This could have been a fatal mistake on there part Need to get employees who care and know there job"
