He listened actively and attentively to make sure that he understood what the exact problem was, and he came up with solutions in an effective manner. He has a fantastic ability to explain options and solutions effectively and efficiently. I can't thank him enough for turning my frustration around."

"They no longer want you to place your order at the counter where you can see what the food looks like. That is supposed to be part of the experience of picking out what you like. I had to order at the kiosk which was challenging. Then I had to wait for them to make it. I also happen to be the only person in the building. It took an extra 15 minutes. I have eaten there many times but this experience means I may not go back. Definitely prefer to place my order at the counter and pick out my food."

"I stopped here on a whim for lunch today and will definitely be back again soon! I like the ease of ordering with either a kiosk or employee. Employees were also very friendly, there are lots of customization options and my order was ready within just a few minutes. I loved the freshness and flavor combination found in the shaka bowl, and my matcha fresca was so good I almost ordered a second one to go.... It was refreshing on a warm day like today and wasn't too sweet. Portions with both food and drinks were generous as well. My only complaint is the wasabi in my bowl was buried under a lot of the other ingredients, so I got a VERY large and surprising bite of it. Ha! I'll keep my eye out for it next time. :)"

"This place is my go-to choice for sushi. The servings are consistently nice, when so many other places are skimping nowadays. (I mean you, Chipotle) Here's my usual: spicy tuna, avocado, jalapeno, cucumber, crunchy rice, green onions, and chili spices. I get ginger and wasabi inside with spicy mayo on top. It never lets me down. Atarashi, I love your food and your staff. Thanks so much!"

"Uber eats order. 1. No Wasabi 2. No extra ahi tuna 3. No crunchy onions on meal 4. Rolls were falling apart 5. Tuna had a pale color and very fishy taste 6. Missing sauces 7. One small soy sauce for three rolls Will never order from again. You spend $70 and expect the basics to be right. Buyer beware, this place has subpar product and subpar quality control. I'm actually embarrassed that this place has somehow reached the status of a franchise. This is the 5th time I've edited this review, with each bite something is worse than the prior bite, we've now stopped eating with about 90% of the food left. Sushi isn't like pizza where you can stomach a bad pizza. This sushi is inedible and disgusting! No exaggeration, Getgo sushi is far superior to this garbage. A complete waste of $70. In reference to Aly Hucko Unfortunately you must have no idea what quality sushi must taste like. That pale fish in my poke bowl, it was 100% ahi tuna. And for you to assume it was yellowtail because of the hideous color shows that you agree that there was no way this was ahi unless it was old and the lowest of quality. Unfortunately, it was not yellowtail and we both were sick the following day from even eating small amounts. As for the sauces, my receipt states otherwise and we should have received three soy sauces, a ponzu sauce, and a spicy ponzu. Please don't lie with your review and assume the error was on my side. My review was 100% accurate, I paid for things I didn't get and you make up hypotheticals to justify terrible quality food and service."
