"This USED to be the only place I'd take my BMW to, now.... I don't trust this place. Had a brand new OEM clutch installed, after barely 10k miles I need another clutch. I am 51 yrs old. I've been driving a manual Trans most of my life. I could teach a school full of children to drive stick and not have the clutch fail after 10k miles! It cost over $4500 for the clutch and install. Idk who can afford that type of maintainance every 10k miles, I cannot so I had to find someone I trust. Have some other issues with this place, but not going to get into all that here. Buyer beware,"

"It only took me one time to get a left front axle boot to get it fix inner and outer, on February 2023, fast forward to now August took my car for an oil change at BMW and the same thing that I fix with you needs to be replaced. Nice job! You lost a customer on the first try."

"This is my updated review of Bechtel Bavarian. First I would like to let others know that I am one of the few original customers that has been coming here since the shop first opened a few years ago. I knew Casey before the shop, he used to part out BMW'S in the same building. I live in NJ and I still bring my car here. Casey and Mark have amazing attention to detail when it comes to repairs, service, and diagnostics. They pride themselves in making sure the job is done right the first time and they are honest hard working people. Casey really understands how to work on BMW's especially the older models. I only trust Bechtel Bavarian for my major service/repair jobs. They have done everything from oil changes to full engine swaps for me, I have a three ring binder full of receipts. I highly recommend Bechtel Bavarian if you are looking for a shop to take care of your pride and joy. Also FYI.... please do not be surprised if you get an unexpected repair quote if your BMW hasn't been serviced regularly/in a long time, you know who you are. These vehicles require regular service = owned 5 bmws so far. Casey isn't cheap but you won't get better specialized service and care for your BMW anywhere else. I always walk away knowing the job was done correctly."

"I live in Philadelphia, and have been servicing my 2007 550i at Bechtel Bavarian the better part of 3 years now. Most recently for my driveshaft flex disk, center support bearing, engine/trans mounts, an oil leak coming from the dreaded N62 alternator bracket and state inspection. Casey and his team are thorough, highly knowledgeable on the endless intricacies of old and new BMW's and above all, fair and honest. Having owned roughly 10 BMW's, I have dealt with many BMW shops over the years and do not make that statement lightly. If you own a BMW, and are looking for an alternative to the stealership, I can not recommend Bechtel Bavarian enough."
