"Smaltimore is a great neighborhood bar. My only complaint is the wings have gone downhill over the past year. They advertise that they have Delia Foleys wings (which are the best in town) but the past few times I’ve had them they were very dry. Almost as if they’ve been reheated. Bummed out on the wings, but otherwise good experiences at smaltimore."
"Penn State bar! Not biased, they have a really diverse menu with so many options. And they do it well. Could use some game day specials like free shots when Penn State scores, similar to what other bars provide."

"Beer selection is awesome, wings are okay, although very dry. Everything else is bad. Kitchen has gone downhill in recent months. The nachos were horrendous. Only a couple pieces on top with ingredients on them. Caesar salad was dos dry. Service was rough each time."
"It was a ok stop for a quick drink. Drinks were served in plastic, and I think that is just a bit wasteful. I also ordered fries. some of the fries were hot and others were cold, but all were a bit mushy."
