We contacted Brian to service our heater and within thirty minutes he arrived. He was able to identify the problem and provide guidance to make certain it didn't become a problem again. After leaving we realized something was wrong with our thermostat and called Brian for advice. Rather than just explaining what to do over the phone, he came back (after 8 at night) and installed a new thermostat for us. Wow, what an incredible business owner. "I have known Brian Solarski for a little over a year when he had to replace my AC unit last summer. Throughout the year, no matter what my question, he ALWAYS answered right away. Thankfully he told me to register my unit so that it would be under warranty because there wound up being a leak in the new coils.
