"Horrible service. Order tracker sucks, never accurate. It shows the order has been delivered when it hasnt, takes double the time of what the app says. When you call to ask, they are always rude and hang up on you without finishing the conversation properly, like, it is what it is, whatcdo you want us to do? Going with Quick & Delicious from now on. They have never failed me. Never again ordering from the Wrightstown location again ever."

"Horrible. Papa John’s has really gone downhill, or maybe it’s this location. The pizza was overcooked, dry and there was barely any sauce. The wings also barely had sauce and were dry. Might as well have flushed the $60 we spent down the toilet."

"I ordered online through the website. They posted that it was delivered before it was actually delivered, and then they didn't have the spicy garlic sauce cups I requested, which wouldn't have been an issue normally, but the cups are charged per cups. So they essentially stole $3 dollars from me. I'm writing this post while being on hold for 12 minutes. **edit** Currently on hold for 26 minutes. **edit 2** After 36 minutes on hold (the VA gave me the skills I needed to stay on hold this long) I was able to get a rebate for the cups of Spicy Garlic sauce I ordered, the minimum rebate is 25% which is about 5 bucks more than I spent on the cups. So it was worth staying on hold. One extra star now for the extra money I guess."

"Called the store to order, intentionally listened to the specials before ordering and the employee had no clue what special I was referring to. $45 for 2 pizzas is ridiculous. That’s not even including tip!! The special said 2 for 13.99 each carry out or delivery."
