"I went there to rent a car and the lady at the counter was so helpful. She was very nice and made my experience so easy and pleasant. I had to make a few changes to my rental and without a question she was willing to accommodate. I would definitely recommend this place. I will be using them again! Oh and she made sure to spray my credit card and license with a sanitizer from bath and body works that smelled very great!!!"

"Defensive, Aggressive, Confrontational, Dishonest. I wish I had read the reviews before I went there. The mechanics are great people, but the owner is an ass. I brought the car in for inspection working fine. When I went to pick it up, it was undrivable! Apparently they tested the emergency brake, and the cable broke, and seized. Instead of admitting that they broke the cable, they lied saying the car "was like that" before. The owner is so nasty he actually started lowering the car while I was standing under it as the mechanic explained to me what needed replacement. This guy has the worst attitude I have ever seen and doesn't deserve your business."

"I have to say I had a great experience here. We had one of our cars go down and they brought it in first thing Tuesday morning after the holiday. "The car and paperwork were not ready when we got there. Computers were also down and it took an hour to get our car. They wouldn't let my older father use their bathroom while we waited. They were nice enough and the car looks fine but next time we'll rent from a bigger company in Middletown."
