"Lisa was courteous, friendly, kind, attentive and professional. She took the time to explain everything to us in detail. We loved doing business with her. The vehicle, a Teal Green Jeep Renegade, was like driving on a cloud, very comfortable, and was very good on gas. However, there was a problem with the sensor system or something. It was dinging daily, and incessantly, with alarms & notices about Service Airbag system, Service Auto/Park Brake, Driver's Seat belt, Stop/Start unavailable. I reported it at the office upon my return to drop off the vehicle. I'm sure it can be repaired and will save other customers from this annoyance. Otherwise, it was a pleasure to drive and the office service from Lisa was wonderful. I look forward to using Next Car again. Thank you so much."

"I have been renting cars for business for over 40 years. This place has been the and worst. Misrepresent pricing. Basically thug u into buying insurance and rip you off with the sky pass arm twisting. Don’t use them. Never use them. They r awful"

"If I can give them a -5 star review I would!!!!!Do yourself a favor and never rent from this car rental place ever! It’s a scam. My plane was two hours delayed. I called them to tell them that I was going to be delayed. When I got to the Miami airport, they had cars, but they said I couldn’t have it because I missed my appointment. I paid in full and they will not give me a refund and they will not give me a car. They said it’s nonrefundable and it’s in the contract. I repeat, do not EVER rent a car from nextcar rentals."

"This is a scam. We paid online thinking that we will only add some extras like insurance but ended up with a final receipt that was DOUBLE what we paid originally. They charge you with 10 more ridiculous hidden fees and sent us a wrong final receipt that added even more money. They are thieves with a side business of renting cars."

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! The cost of my rental at next car in Carolina Puerto Rico was a total of $323. even after giving them my motor vehicles full Car Coverage they started piling up fees like $66. for Airport shuttle Is supposed to be free. Something called customer facility fee was $65, License fee was $24.75 Energy Recovery fee was $26??? In the end they charged my card $810 for a car that was filthy outside and inside including stains, candy,wrappers ,cigarettes. The waiting period to get a car and return your car was ridiculous.almost missed my flight.i had to give them a star just to do this review but it is 0000."
