"Flash back to a 80's style NJ pizzeria. Family owned and operated for years. I've ordered and consumed take out on several occasions. This vist was the first on site meal. Located on extremely busy US Rte 33 Eastbound in Hamilton NJ. Careful entering and leaving the location. Plenty of surface parking. Outdoor space when weather permits. 80's retro feel with the decor. Very clean, lots of staff who are eager to serve. Hostess, Greeter at the door is nice. Seating for ~40 in traditional pizza shop style. Spotless bathrooms Service was polite, professional and warm. Steady stream of regulars coming through and chatting with the owners. Food was freshly made, be patient. Will return."

"Updated review: After posting a low review for a messy, under-cooked pizza last night, the owner responded to my review very quickly, looking for feedback and a chance to course correct. He compensated me for the issue and it was easy to see how much he cares about his business and clients' experience. I tried the cranberry chicken salad today along with a very tasty complimentary caprese salad. Both were very fresh and well executed. Thanks to Pasquale and his staff for making me fan!"

"We dined in for lunch and tested out two classics, Cheese Pizza and Caesar Salad. They were both mediocre and nothing special or outstanding. The crust of the pizza was cooked very variably and had no flavor but the cheese had a pretty nice texture. A positive was that the service was pretty timely."

"We have stopped by Brothers' Pizza in Hamilton for a take-out, on a busy Friday night. The parking was filled to the brim with some customers having to double park their cars - it attests to the restaurant's evident popularity and good reputation earned by hard works in the last 40 years (one year shy). When we got home to enjoy our pizza, we understood why the place is so popular. It was arguably the best pizza we ever had. Our white pie ("Gennaro's favorite" featuring ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, arugula and delicious prosciutto) was cooked to perfection, our specific requests ("thin crust") was followed precisely, the pizza wasn't oily and the toppings felt just right. We will definitely order from Brothers' Pizza again and will also dine in soon."
