My simple inquiries that would make me confident in choosing apex as legal counsel and paying any fee amount was met with a snobby condescending response that “apex is not a charity an does not offer Pro Bono services, Good Luck with your legal search”… As a prospective client I expect my inquiries to the lawyer I want to hire to be greeted with a certain level of professionalism. Why would anybody hire you without an idea of how Knowledgeable and competent you are in the needed areas? You lost a potential long term client with many friends.
