"If I could give zero stars I would. Took my vehicle to their Willingboro location as I had a previous repair done there. Arrived a little after 8am. The hours posted on their door said they open at 8:30. A little after 8:30 someone finally arrives however he does not speak English nor did he have a key to open up. He did a translation on his phone and stated the shop will open up later. So, I left there and went to the Westampton location. Drop my vehicle off before 9am to get checked out. By 3pm I still had not heard back so I called the shop, they stated it was next to be looked at so they would give me a call. By 5pm still nothing so, I left work to pick it up. Upon arrival there was 3 people at the desk, I spotted my keys among others and asked what the status was. No one knew so the young lady called Tim who stated they could not find anything wrong and the vehicle was ok with no charge. Once I got in my vehicle I had never felt so violated taking my vehicle in for a repair at any other shop I had ever gone too. I had a lot of change in the middle cupholder and most of it was stolen, my car was ransacked, a car charger I keep on the floor in the back was found plug into my cigarette lighter in the front which does not work, the driver seat was laid back as if the person driving was chilling in my vehicle and I could go on. I was referred here by a friend who has been going here for over 15 years so they came highly recommended. I never right reviews but I felt it’s important to warn others on what they should expect if they needed their vehicle looked at from a place they had never used before. I will never, ever used this place again. The worst service I had ever had and they’re not trustworthy as they stole from my vehicle. Stay far away from this place!"

"We were stranded on the NJ Turnpike on a Saturday and were referred to Tim's by the tow truck driver. Even though it was close to Tim's closing time, they stayed late to accomodate us and fixed our issue within two hours. We had a dead starter. Tim's was able to locate the correct part from a distributor and promptly installed it. This was in contrast to the local Honda dealer, which said that nobody could even look at the car until the following Tuesday. We were grateful for their professional manner, which allowed us to complete our journey the same day."
