"Do not have them work on your car. my girlfriend went in for a simple oil change and they sold her other services on top of the oil change. They ended up selling her a battery (which was not needed) and of course the cabin filter along with a front diff service. Also read in other reviews that someone else made the comment about selling them a battery that didn't need replaced. She left and called me saying her car engine is really loud. I told her to take it back cause it sounded like they didn't put oil in it. So she paid 600 plus dollars and they couldn't even do the oil change correctly and is now saying they put oil in it. Now her engine needs replaced and valvoline is going to play the run around game. Corporate is getting a call so if nothing is done it will turn into a court situation."
