"I don’t get the bad reviews….if you pay them within a few days of the due date or call to tell them you need a few days they work with you. Before I started paying off the debt I was skeptical because of all the reviews you would think they were the devil. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with them. I do wish they were compatible with my bank though so I didn’t have to send a money order. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars"

"These people are so rude they harass u for $432 i told them i want To make a payment plan they refuse to saying my payroll has been garnished they tried the same with my bank acct. I kindly asked to make auto payments starting today the guy was so mean and hung up i also had a lady prior to him named patty who also hung up. Like i can do a payment plan but the way we living now in days i cant Pay all at once."

"KPD sends wage garnishments to employers without verifying the identity of the garnishee. Thanks for making us waste 2 hours of our time going back and forth with payroll to determine you weren't even able to properly do your job before sending official forms to my employer. And as mentioned by others, rude and unprofessional, blaming others for the mistake."

"I had been paying them for a credit card I had in college, but eventually was unable to pay due to no job - which I openly communicated. I have a 3 year old son and they took the $600 I'd saved for his needs directly from my bank account. My bank account has been compromised placing me in the negative for over $2,000 for both accounts. You will also get representatives that talk to you like you are dirt, when you make the effort to stay in touch and communicate your current financial situation. Once they took from the bank, this should have verified that the statements I made to them were true and I did not have the money. If you miss 2 months they will take you to court and garnish your account even if you were very loyal and consistent with making payments previously. 0 stars, everyone should be ashamed to work there."

"this is one of the worst companies i've ever experienced. they took on a past debt of mine and i was regularly making payments on it. the debt dropped off my credit score and i never heard from them again so i assumed it had been forgiven. i get that wasn't smart but i never received a notice from them again. months go by and suddenly my entire checking account was removed by them. i called and they claimed they sent me several notices about payment as well as a garnishment notice and court dates. i received NONE of this and my address was the same the entire time. they essentially told me there was nothing they could go and were very rude. i asked them to send me all the letters they claim they sent as well as an itemized break down of all the past payments and the lady on the phone agreed. about two months later the money is back in my savings account and again i had no notices about anything. just today i opened my bank account and my entire checking was gone. i only owed about $846 but they had taken over $1k from my account. i called my bank and they said i had to call this company for the info. when i called they stated i never requested any documents. i asked them to review that phone call since they are recorded and she immediately got insanely rude and tried cutting me off several times. their absolute lack of communication and any sort of documentation is very sketchy. this entire company is sketchy and they do everything they can to garnish your money and not work with you, they seem to thrive on screwing people over because THEY chose to purchase debts. i am a single mom and now i have no idea what i am supposed to do. the day this company is shut down is the best day on earth"
