"I usually visit the Honda Piazza but unfortunately couldn’t find an appointment soon enough. I tried Sloane for the first time and wasn’t disappointed. I only came for oil change and tire rotation. They were honest with me after inspecting my car and didn’t perform the tire rotation because I needed new tires. Some mechanics try to be money hungry and will still perform the rotation even though it is not necessary at the moment. I was not pressured to get new tires from them which is also refreshing. I will def visit Sloane again"

"I was cordially greeted by Dan, my service representative. Dan answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Dan was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. In a phone conversation the day before my appointment, I was told by service representative that I would have to leave my vehicle overnight in order to have the recall inspection done; however, Dan put my mind completely at ease when told me that my annual inspection and the recall inspection will be done while I wait for my car. Dan sent me text messages to keep me informed about the services done on my vehicle and the wait time was very reasonable as well. Dan made my second experience at Sloane Honda Service Center very pleasant and memorable."
