She had decades of experience running daycare. She’s there every day taking care of the kids. She is patient and persistent. It’s a family run daycare, you ll not be talking to different staff every time you drop off your kids or pick them up. From my limited parenting experience, I think it’s very important to have one consistent caregiver for kids to develop sense of security and also for caregiver to understand kids needs/wants. Again, we feel very fortunate to have such a caring, responsible, and dedicated family taking care of our baby boy."
