"Quiet park running about a mile beside the river. There are some picnic tables and a paved walking trail. There is an outhouse. Not much parking. Picked up great sandwiches at the Laurel Meat Market two blocks away on Main street. Had a picnic lunch in the park on a sunny day in February."
