"WARNING: I do not advise ANY African American or POC to seek his services. He is insensitive, self-serving and arrogant. Unfortunately, you may find yourself well into his service before you start to notice this side of him. If you're interested in suing, his every conversation will push you to settling because it's faster money and less work for him. He may weaken your case by keeping important deadlines and info from you that eventually makes settling the only option. He can not empathized with you staying at an abusive company because you had a hard time finding a new job or are suffering form PTSD, making it harder for you to move on in fear of dealing with the same at a new job. Instead, he was tell you, it must not have been that bad since you stayed so long. He has even admitted that he doesn't fight as hard as he use to because these companies will not change. That's not someone you want on your side."
