"This ups is the closest to my house and conveniently located near a grocery store. However the people working there is grumpy and unhappy. Sometimes I feel he is a racist since he pleases certain race faces and changes to his poker face to other races. Very uncomfortable. In the end, I always drive a bit further and use another UPS if I have extra time. I guess that says all."
"David is not only the best employee of UPS, he is the best service worker my wife and I have ever known! He is always friendly, kind, respectful and extremely knowledgeable at his job. He is the only staff who is always there, even working after closing. We’ve used him not only for shipping our MANY packages, but for other services such as notary and always having well stocked office supplies. UPS is very fortunate to have him as an employee and he should be compensated well as he truly is the BEST!!"
"The staff at this particular UPS location provides outstanding service, well beyond shipping packages. David Kim, the manager, spent unpaid time with me on work-arounds that enabled me to be able to send a very large document electronically. All I initially paid for was the document copying and scanning, but he went out of his way to get my job done with patience and kindness."
"This was the second time i used this UPS Store as i usually frequent a different UPS store in Bethesda. This store (6395) is closer to my home and after my experience there this past Friday (5/12/23), it will be my UPS store of preference. I had such a pleasant experience, i may stop in from time to time just to say Hello. And, if i have a package to ship, you will certainly be the place I visit.
