"Horrific experience. Purchased authentic parts with serial numbers. Stated it did not fit and had to purchase parts through them. Could not return the parts to the store because they used the spark plugs that came with it without advising me. Stated they could not work on my car the next day because it was raining outside (what!?) even after telling them specifically its the power steering pump leaking. Vehicle was park and left the night before in their lot, no driving was done which would have not create wetness in the undercarriage. Miraculously, they were able to work on it next day and it was still raining (Go Figure!) They changed the power steering pump and valve cover gasket. Picked it up in the evening when about to close (dark outside unable to inspect), paid the expensive bill. Drove to work the next morning, leaked again and left me stranded. Upon investigation after being stranded, I also noticed the screws were NOT taken apart on the valve cover gasket (same exact condition in which I dropped it off) and advised them after in get the car back the 2nd time, I will take apart the valve cover to make sure the gaskets were changed because it seemed as if the cover was not even moved. 2nd time I picked up the car I noticed the screws were then manipulated which made me believe they changed the gaskets after my notice of future inspection. I left with a receipt you can barely read, prices scribbled out and repriced (Lower prices to Higher prices I visually made out), my purchased valve cover could not be sent back to store (Lost more money), engine with oil all over the place (have to clean myself), $800.00 bill, over priced parts (cheap rubber gaskets charged $54) in addition to high price labor fee, inconvenience, arguing with the staff, timing belts now screeching as I drive, and they advised me to come back and change my belts, when they were fine before I dropped it off. Turning ratio of steering wheel is still a bit tight when fulling turning the steering wheel left or right. NO THANK YOU! Learned my lesson. Beware of this place. Mind you I could go on about them denying there was a leak after they put on the bad steering pump. All you have to do is call this place and listen how they talk to you. Red flags."

"If there’s a 0 star I would give them a 0!!!! I went there and to get my oil change and at first they told me they could do it but once they take a look into it they told me they couldn’t change it. So ok I went to another place and while driving I smell the engine oil!!! Next thing you know!!!! They didn’t close the cap nor give me my cap back!!!! So now I have to spend more money than want I should have!!! Last time coming here and I do not recommend this place!!!"
