"On Thursday night my heat stopped working Jorge & the rest of the staff on duty where so helpful. Jorge even came outside to assist me because I had a car full of children and it was freezing and I told him I didn’t have any heat. He gave me some great advice and a helping hand. By the time I pulled off my heat was working again. My coolant was leaking but I was able to get just enough to get the heat to work until I could make it home and make an appt with my mechanic. Jorge I’m forever greatful for you. God bless you."
"Excellent and quick service! I first called AAA and they came to my house and got my car started but didn’t bring battery to replace. Then called an auto parts store closer to me who told me they wouldn’t change battery because it was raining. Advance Auto Parts was extremely helpful on phone and I was able to immediately drive there and have the battery replaced. Very friendly employees!!"
