"Kelly Newbrough is Horrible, takes a bunch of money upfront some of which was used in a serving process where the serving was just left at the residence and not actually served which created a big problem throughout the case. In court Kelly is like a bump on a log and does not fight for you. When the other side is nonstop playing games and the court is messing up, Kelly doesn't care. Kelly is Unprofessional, Unreliable, Arrogant and tries to Intimated you into doing what he wants. When i tried to execute a court order at the residence of Debbie Roth and was threatened with arrest for trespassing and was forced to leave by WTPD, Kelly demanded returning to the Roth residence and finish. There was also an understanding from the beginning that we'd be recovering our legal fees and Kelly changed he tune on that. Kelly then jumps ship when there's still an ongoing open case. The list goes on... (This has been our experience)"
