"I was able to talk with a number of staff and attorneys in the Engler Law Firm. At all levels I found the Attorneys, office personal extremely good, actually excellent. I review a lot of different businesses and I am always candid, direct and pointed in my critique of them. I cannot tell you one point of contact that was not exceptional. From the top attorneys David Engler, Kevin Daley and Brandy and other office staff. I found them superior in communication, candor, solutions oriented, great listeners. And once a plan is made it is implemented, refined and carried out. Multiple means of communication are given: email, phone (multiple numbers), text and phone conversation. I was out of state in Indiana but this didn't hinder accomplishing our goal, a resolution and solution. I would recommend David Engler and his law firm without reservation, they are excellent. "My girlfriend and I have been trying to get this firm to help us with our issues. I even put a retainer in. No call backs or followup or return phone calls for over 3 months (September to december). Called today and told secretary that they had until 430pm today Dec 1st to call back or we go someplace else. No call no email no text message. Nothing. I cannot nor would not tell anyone to use this firm. The Google reviews talk a big talk. But they have changed between those reviews and now. Stay away and go someplace else. Don't waste your time. We really wanted to use them because of the high review rating. Just goes to show you can't always rely on them."
