"appointment was for 7:45 am on the coldest day of the year. I arrived on time but the doors didn't open until 7:52 leaving a line of cars to sit out in the cold. I choose an early appointment so that I would get out early. It 2 hours to complete the work so I assume this is an average amount of time. No major complaints."

Only complaint is when I called initially, the nice service woman (Mercedes) tried to transfer me a few times to help get me my answers, however no one answered on sales side. She then said they would call me in the morning (it was a few hours before closing) and no one ever did. I finally called roadside assistance number and a very nice customer service rep advised me. The road service gentleman, although over an hour later than expected, was very efficient and pleasant. When I drove my car to Sloan Toyota, the service gentleman was prompt, pleasant and very thorough in helping me and keeping me up to date on progress and completion."
