"Jim was awesome! I had low tire pressure on the way to work only to find that it was indeed a flat after I left work. Pep boys was the closest to my job to get it looked at since I live over an hour away. He was very friendly and helped me right away! I only had to wait 10-15 minutes and it was done! I lucked out with the tire only needing to be plugged. I would highly recommend!"
