"Greeting fellow Rvers! First and foremost let me say that I spent about 8 hours or more with Mark over the past two days. I recently purchased a 5th wheel- got a great deal on a well built unit that needs some TLC- my hydraulic slides (2 in LR 1 in BR) were not functioning and grossly misaligned. Now I think in hindsight I could have fixed this problem myself BUT not before going through HE + double toothpicks. What I mean by that is I am now confident that I can pick up the phone and reach out to Mark- schedule his time- know he's going to show up on time- do great work and use only premium parts- he used this awesome hydraulic line specialist supplier and acquired super high quality hydraulic lines that I doubt I'll ever live to replace. I won't mention his past career because I didn't ask his permission but I can assure you that this caliber of mechanically/diagnostically inclined fella is a RARE find indeed- and with honesty and integrity and ALL at a fair price. No I'm not a family member of anything other than master of his trade who strives to deliver the best and it's so refreshing to do business with another top notch master of his craft. If you are in the process of buying and RV- you should be eager to pay Mark several hundo to give it the once over- I promise you it'll be well worth it-- and even if you aren't having troubles- giver Mark a call and ask him to run his inspection on your rig- It's smart to establish a relationship with a quality guy that can get you out of a pinch.
