"I've now used this location about 4-5 different occasions for tire related services and have been satisfied every time. The staff is friendly and do the work in a timely manner. I can't speak to much else but if you need tires mounted, balanced, aligned, repaired, etc. then I would highly recommend them."

"I got a new tire in August of 2023 from Abington Firestone, the tire is under warranty, then in December 2023, 4 months later the tire began to have a slow leak turns out there is a nail stuck in the tire. The manager tells me that while the tire is still under warranty they still have to charge me for the new tire, because they cannot plug the current tire because of where the nail is located. He goes through this whole spiel about the thread count which I still cannot get what he’s fast talking to me about. I feel a warranty is a warranty but apparently it’s not with this Abington Firestone. Will not be giving them any more business after this."

"23 March 2023 update. After working with Firestone and the local manager, the team did as much as they could to make the situation correct. I am happy with the outcome and am changing this to a three star review. I wish this could be a five star review. I dropped my vehicle off this past weekend for a look at my tire and an oil change. I had a 300 mile drive coming up on Monday. Service appeared to go fine and I started my trip on Monday. My oil pressure light came on 20 minutes before my destination. I pulled in to my hotel, checked in, and the went out to investigate. I popped the hood to discover my engine soaked in oil. The service center had lef the oil cap off! It was tucked into a recess of the hood. I had to add three quarts of oil to replenish what was lost. This could have been catastrophic. I've attached a photo showing exactly the state of my car when I opened the hood after driving."
