"The service department is horrendous, especially the tech named Asif. Lies and empty promises were only received. No apologies given. Car was not available by noon on the day promised so they delayed further to the next day. This majorly impacts people's lives who have things to do outside of dealing with a car. I would give them zero stars if that was possible."

"The service department was great. Honest and upfront about everything wrong with my car. This was a second opinion, and the mechanic (Gary) found way more than the first shop I took it to. I just did a diagnostic, not any repairs. Gary told me repairing the car would be more than it's worth, so I'll be looking for a new car soon. Appreciate his honesty and communication skills."
