"They couldn't find where the sensor went for 2 hours. Then they said I had the wrong part. I had the diagnostic done at Auto Zone. It tells you what the car needs. I went back to Auto Zone and the young man showed me where the part goes. He sent me to a good Auto shop near by and the young man put it on in 5 minutes and charged me only $20. H&M's tried to charge me $77 for not finding where the sensor goes. Not good business."

"Hours are great, guys are quick, but the place can get busy. I would've given more stars but had an alignment done and was told upon completion that the printer wasn't working so I was not given results of the test. Should've been informed before since they knew it was not working prior to performing the test."
