"We contacted Robert Smith to represent my husband in court and litigate some tickets that were issued from an accident. He wanted a flat fee up front which we paid right away. He was going to contact the court to request a trial, then meet with us to prepare. When we didn’t hear from him, we called and he said he’d follow up on a court date, and get back with us in 24 hrs. It has now been weeks, and he has not answered calls or responded to voice mails left for him. His office number was temporarily disconnected as well which was a bit disconcerting.
