"We met Mr. Ihor Markara when we went to a realtor office in search of our first home. He took me and my wife to visit several homes in the area.  Mr. Markara's calm and friendly demeanor helped make our first home buying process relaxing and enjoyable. Mr. Markara always made time for us during the home buying process and even thereafter.  About 5 years after buying the home, we decided we needed more space and set out to add an addition.  Due to Mr. Markara's kindness, trustworthiness, and wise insight in the past, we contacted him again to reach out for advice.  Mr. Markara came by, warmly greeted us, and gave invaluable advice about selecting contractors and contracts. As a result of Mr. Markara's wise counsel, our home value steadily increased through the years and we were able to successfully expand our home to accomodate our growing family.  We are very grateful to have met him.  He has been a wonderful blessing to our family."
