"Ok so 6 months ago in the midst of the pandemic both of my parents ended up in rehabilitation centers, my mother due to renal cell carcinoma (cancer) my father with congestive heart failure. We did not have a vehicle at that time and Uber was getting to be way to expensive so I decided to take my personal savings and buy a proper vehicle that would be of help to my parents seeing walkers and wheelchairs were I our near future. So I went to cross run auto and bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey for $3,500. 10 days later the car seized on I-295. I had it towed to a reliable mechanic in town (xi auto) and he informed me that not only the transmission was shot but the engine had a hole the size of a golfball in the back of it. Obviously I brought this to Mohammed (owner of cross run) attention. He insisted that it was my fault for driving to fast. The police eventually got involved and influenced him to fix it. Well for 3 months I had to walk over there and pester him to find out when I’dbe getting the car back and it was always”next Saturday” I had finally had enough and got the police involved again, this time he reluctantly gave me a 06 Honda Pilot but said he would need an additional $2,500. Well that cars engine seized only 23 days later after I installed new ignition coils, plugs, oil change etc. I’m now out a car, a job, and could be facing eviction because of this man and his vile “business” practices. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid Mohammed at Cross Run Auto!!!!"
