"Without the help of Daniel, probably one of the best maintenance specialist that works at RPMP, I don't think the issue with my property's hot water heater would have been solved in an efficient and timely manner! To make a long and headache inducing story short, my tenants moved in over a weekend and realized that their was no hot water to use. That was such an odd circumstance, since I had just replaced the hot water heater earlier this year. Come to find out that the technician I used mistakenly installed a natural gas water heater, when my property uses propane. Regardless, without the fantastic help of Daniel and RPMP being the messenger between myself and the tenants, we would have not come to a speedy solution to rectify the issue. Daniel was always professional, courteous, communicative, thoughtful, and worked very hard on his end to get different plumbers to come out to my property to figure out what the issue was and provide solutions to the problem. He relayed messages on behalf to the tenants and wished the best outcome would happen. In the end, I managed to get the same technician who installed the wrong water heater to replace the incorrect one with the correct one and all parties are satisfied with the outcome. Would 100% recommend Daniel as a maintenance specialist for your property! Daniel is the GOAT!"
