"Ordered Services Online on a Friday. Saturday had a call changing my Appointment to Monday. (3rd time this has happened. reasons being Short staffed, Hard to get parts on those days etc) Car went in at 7 am (They even had to unlock the Door for me). 3 things ordered. Brakes, Oil Change and AC tuneup. 3:15 pm ONly An Oil Change was done and after questioning the person I was speaking with, Manager Brian, He hung up on my. I immediately started a call with Corporate. He was not pleased and lied about me cursing at him. Supposedly had a tape of it but couldn't produce that when I was in person at the store. A customer Service rep on the call advised me to pay the $289 bill and have the bank reverse the charges. I asked for a supervisor because he was now holding my Vehicle and I wasn't happy and might have to call Law Enforcement. I advised I am only paying for services rendered. (OIL CHANGE). Supervisor came on the call and kept me on the call as she advised him to call law enforcement. I had my extra key but never attempted to leave because I wanted to pay and get my key. DO Not go to this location ever. The Worst customer service experience. Manager Lies, writes up work orders incorrectly and throws accusations out about customers then attempts to charge for services not rendered. I believe the services would still be on the bill if I did not call the corporate line. They in the corporate customer service couldn't even get two stories correct as the Supervisor lied to me throughout the phone call and on speaker phone with the Plymouth Township Police Department. So Summarizing Buyer Be Ware. Either do what the manager says because you signed a work order as he stated to me twice in the dispute. So Pay Your Bill You Signed Off ON!"

I choose to come here over my local dealerships because they are priced fairly and do not take advantage of their customers. They can handle any issue on any model and brand. Highly recommend them."
