Had to get my vehicle towed in which needed a new transmission and did not want to take it to the dealership I purchased it from due to several repair issues I've had with them. The 3 different times I've been there for service have always been pleasant. I thought my vehicle would be unavailable for atleast a month this time, you gave me enough time to figure out how to get the money for the 9pmnew transmission and once I made the deposit on friday, the vehicle was ready by Monday and it runs better than when I first purchased the vehicle..So blessed and grateful for your great service."
"A standard oil change that was scheduled 2 weeks in advance takes 3 hours to complete. When scheduling an appointment they ask if you will be staying and say it will take an hour."
"Won't ever buy a car here again due to the lack of service displayed by the guy in the Service dept who answers the phone,that I spoke with on 8/15 at 4:09 PM. Traveling a 1300 mile trip and needed highbeam bulbs replaced that had just burned out. Had 9 days before I needed to leave. Said he couldn't squeeze it in before next month......to replace two bulbs. His attitude and manner was unacceptable. Guaranteed the next car I buy won't be here. Good enough to buy a car there, but not good enough to squeeze in a emergency type repair and service it after the sale. Lousy service."
"I was the 2nd person through the door. For a 8am appointment. I forgot I didn't have a printed insurance card so I asked to email my cards to the rep. I got a text that my car is in there care and if I have any concerns reply. I had a slight problem with my Nationwide app. But emailed it. I emailed it within 20min. After one hour and 20mi. My car was still sitting in the spot I parked it and no response from the text. Was I punished for not having my insurance in hand!"
