The amount of time it took, or lack thereof I should really say, had my jaw on the floor. They changed two low quality tires with high quality ones that have lasted me far longer than I could have ever hoped for as well as rotated them in no more than ten minutes. I couldn’t believe it. I was in and out of that building, zipping around town on my new wheels, as close to instantaneously as one can get. And not only was the service good in regard to timeliness, the service professionals were also incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable. I consider K & S to be true outliers in their profession!
