"Very nice place to do business. The mechanics seem very good at what they do. Their business structure is weak to poor though. For business for customers let’s just say that unnecessary work for State Inspection is uncalled for. I took it somewhere else (very legit) and found out that several of those parts were good. I could have gone out and bought a half decent used car for what they wanted. I was wondering why their work bays were empty. They should change their work structure then maybe their car bays wouldn’t be empty. Pep Boys, do not respond with sorry either. You know what you’re doing!"

"I had an appointment to have 4 tires replaced and it took almost 2 hours. Any other mechanic could've had in done 30 min. They didn't even do a complete job. The tires were not filled to the correct PSI. The sticker on my door says 55 PSI and they filled them anywhere from 20-30 PSI. The valve stems were not replaced, I was missing 2 valve caps and 1 tire has a slow leak. If you need tires and want them done right in a reasonable amount of time go to K&S."

"When I went to pep boys I only needed my inspection, tires, and breaks done. I dropped it off around 10:30 in the morning and nearly the end of the day they call me telling me they broke my key lock for my BMW. They did say they would refund it, and they did. But I got my car back not only with new tires but with my key lock completely broken off the tire and replaced with a bolt instead. And they told me “your car is to low to do an alinement” exact words. I’ve went to other garages and never had a problem with my car being “to low” (I’ve never lowered my car it’s just a convertible BMW size). I will NEVER be going back there it was a complete waste of my time and money. And I’d never refer them to anyone."

"I came here for an oil change and ended up needing two new tires. The one tire had a nail in it and the other was shredded. I got home and realized they never replaced the tires at all. I paid over $300 dollars for tires to not have them replaced. I’m glad I’m vigilant about my vehicle and checked. Thankfully they did take care of the issue right away and changed the tires. When I asked for them to keep my car mounted to check that they were replaced, however, they said that would be fine, but took my car down anyways and handed me my keys. Seems like there is a lot of miscommunication at this location. I normally would not write a negative review as I understand mistakes happen, but this has happened on two occasions. The last time I came for service and they had forgotten to change my oil. Unless you want to worry and inspect your car after service, I would not recommend. It’s disappointing because I thought I found a place I could trust, but I guess Pep Boys likes to take advantage of women."
