"I have been using J&M for 9 years, since my first apartment which was nearby in Havertown. I am so grateful that apartment led me to the most trustworthy automotive repair shop I have ever heard of. They are busy because they are so good. They are fairly priced, they explain why things need to happen, they are good about telling you what needs to be fixed now now versus what can wait until next time and they are consistently on point with their diagnoses and fixes. My spouse and I have brought a total of 6 different used cars there over the years with many problems and they are so patient and helpful. They somehow even remember us by name even though we don't see them all that much.
