"Don't waste root time!!!! I called a week in advance to make an appointment for an inspection. I asked how long I typically takes and I was told about an hour. So I made an 8 am appointment and I explain that I couldn't drop the car off. I had to wait for it. I had no way to get home. The person on the phone told me it could take up to 4 hours to get the car inspected. I told him I didn't understand . Had just told me the inspection took about an hour and then I made an 8:00 appointment. He told me look we're busy, so I asked them why would I make an appointment? Makes no sense. This place sucks, the employee suck, why would anybody want to use this dump! More importantly, why would anybody make an appointment? What do you even have appointments?"

Work was done in timely manner and thought the bill was reasonable. I would recommend this site and appreciate the excellent service."

"Would not recommend coming here. The guy at the front (manger) desk was courteous but the service was horrible. I ordered tires ahead of time that I was told would be there when I brought the car in. The tires where not there. Said it would take 2 1/2 hours. 10 hours later we got the car back. That is after we called several times asking for updates. On the bright side we did get the tires!"
