"I set up an appointment 2 weeks out. The day of he said my appointment wasn't for another week or two. I said "no, my appointment is today". He looked again and said I was right but he can't take the car. He said to call back in a couple of weeks. I have called back several times and so has my assistant. Won't return our calls. Now I am out over 4 weeks and my car has had nothing done to it. I gave up appointments elsewhere to wait for this guy and for what?"

"We just had our two cars inspected at Aras. The state annual inspection is such a chore, but Jeff makes it easy. His price is very competitive and he’s very honest about what your car needs and doesn’t need. He won’t do unnecessary things simply because they can. For example, I told him that I may need an oil change—he checked and told me that I could drive another 2,000 miles. I highly recommend Aras. "I have to share this because it is so dramatic. My wonderful 2002 Lexus RX300 was down in Florida, and it was having all sorts of electrical trouble - we went through 2 batteries and 2 alternators in 2 years (we left it asleep there for a few months at a time but disconnected battery). Couldn't leave it for more than 4 days without driving or it wouldn't start. Went to Palm Beach Lexus 2 years in a row, they kept it weeks, and couldn't figure out what to do, and we finally gave up and decided to bring it back up to PA where we could use it occasionally and leave it on a trickle charger. THEN WE BROUGHT IT TO JEFF AT ARAS. He decided it just might need a new thermostat, maybe that would help, since (and here he explained it perfectly but I'll be darned if I recall)... and guess what? Suddenly it's a new car. So crazy, left it for 3 weeks, came back and it started like a shot. The dashboard lights are off (finally) and it just feels like the car is HAPPY again. It's still beautiful, we still love it, and we are so lucky to find Jeff, someone who really knows what he is doing!!!!!"

"Never met Jeff before just read reviews on the website. was looking for new mechanic in King of Prussia , because our old one retired. Had an issue with our Honda CR-V not starting.
