"Not happy. Called them and left a message and no return call. Called again and just get an answering machine. Shipped two packages FedEx ground Thursday 3/8/23 to Florida that cost $79.69. They were supposed to arrive on Saturday 3/11/23. It’s now Monday 3/20/23 and still have not received. When tracking package it was in Oregon? These packages are light sconces for the bathroom which has held up the whole job."

"Had a large box shipped to this location via UPS Ground. UPS emailed it was delivered and signed for by Chuck. Called business to confirm receipt 4 times over 3 hr. period and no one ever answered. Left voice mails, No returned calls. Had to call police to send a patrol car there to find out what was wrong. Horrible that retail business never answers its phone or returns voicemails."

"Bought a broken CRT tv off eBay, seller dropped it off on the 24th, I contacted via email and tried to call with no response, they got back the next day, but a quote wasn’t delivered until the 29th - only after I said I was thinking about requesting a refund on the TV. They quoted me $638.65 to ship a ~40/50lb TV. I immediately checked their reviews because that was an outlandish price, then I called fedex and they quoted me $424.04. I told the seller I was keen on using fedex because I didn’t trust these people, and then a woman calls me from the store probing into why I was going to fedex. I said they’re charging ~$450 ish and she didn’t have much to say after that. I’m guessing she then contacted the seller and told him to hold the phone, because he informed me she was willing to knock a whole $25 off her scam and he was going to refund me $75 just so I could use this shady establishment because they didn’t want “any damage to occur” to an ALREADY BROKEN television. (I bought it as a personal project, I’m very excited to fix it) So I’m getting the feeling they’re in cahoots, which only makes my decision to go with fedex even firmer. (More firm? English is hard.) It finally got brought to fedex, it was packed wonderfully, and it arrived at my place in fantastic condition, still broken unfortunately. All in all, weird place - shady transaction and shady owner 0/10"

One of the huge benefits to going here is that you can explore several options and providers for sending something. They can help you decide whether USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL is the best option for what you're shipping and where it's going. The other obvious benefit is that you don't have to go into official USPS offices which, if you've ever been to the ones in Lambertville or Ringoes, you'd know is best avoided due to them typically being understaffed."
