Reviews
"Wow great place for women’s bargain consignment items clothes and accessories! Fab prices too. Sadly the men’s stuff is all in Princeton.. boo! But some cool picks here! Busy little shop with something for most tastes .. Go!"
"This review is from a sellers perspective. I found my experience stressful as there is very little communication. They never sent my contract until I called about it. Several items sold which made the shop cash but very little hits the sellers pocket that it’s not worth it. I would try selling items through eBay or some other online marketplace. I followed directions and made an appointment to pick up the items that didn’t sell and when arrived I was given a sheet and told to find the items myself. It took almost an hour to get out of the store as they helped other customers. This leads me to believe that they really don’t want the unsold items to be picked up. The staff is dismissive and rude. You’re not working in Neiman Marcus ladies. You shouldn’t need reminding that without the items that people like me bring in, wouldn’t have a store. If I could give zero stars I would but to post this that’s not an option. Never again. My post is not about the clarity of the process(funny in your response no mention of my initial contract issue or how rude I found you) just simply this.. 188 dollars of items sold of which I get 67-4.99 processing fee ($62 take home) does not make this stressful mess worth it. Perhaps I can give someone else a heads up and maybe the opportunity to make more money via a different venue."
"This store is the trifecta of bests- best staff, best prices & best selection! I’ve shopped and sold here for ten years. Never a problem. Lambertville’s best kept secret!"
"This is a very nice shop! I live in Lambertville and this was my first time going in. They have a very nice selection of clothing, shoes and accessories, and the prices are reasonable. The employees were very pleasant. I joined their frequent shopper program before I left!"
"Not happy with my first and last experience with this store as a seller not buyer For 20 items where sold I got paid around $125 . $5.5 per item. Total sales where over $450 Also they do not want you to come and pick up the leftover items saying that they will donate them. Eventually they will just sell them and keep the money. You have to make an appointment to come and pick up the leftover items that did not sell AND you have to pay additional $9.9 for them to pick them up from the floor!!! if you come without an appointment but on the last day of your contract they will make you go all over the store and search for your own items. Out of nine items didn’t selll, I only could find five and was happy to find those five and leave. They will put money on your PayPal within two weeks only. Regret dealing with this I’ll rather kept the items or give it all away rather than getting five dollars per item. I gave two stars because I did buy a few items in the store for a decent price in the past. And I love Lambertville…."
