"I usually love Chiaros but tonight when I went to pickup my pizza I sat at the window and was totally ignored for over 10 minutes. I get it was busy but at least come to the window and say it's gonna be longer than usual and that would have been fine! Instead people just looked at me and continued to ignore me. I was so annoyed I just left and got a pizza elsewhere. It was ridiculous"

"We stopped here as a one last date after having off for almost a week. The food was exceptional (especially the sauce!) We had the ultimate Stromboli. It was PACKED with ingredients! I also ordered a Grandma pizza to go. It was so delicious, even re-heated in our oven at home! The only drawback was we were the only people dining in and our wait was pretty long. However, the waitress was super nice and she took good care of us so we dismissed it. We definitely will give it another try!"
