"Seems like every time we come here for an inspection we have to get some service parts or new tires to pass. The parts and service are always well priced and they do a good job but I always question if it was actually necessary. Most recently they failed my car's inspection, saying rear brakes were not fully engaging and said it needed to be fixed. The brakes felt fine to us so we took the vehicle to a neighbor who is a seasoned mechanic & regional supervisor for a major automotive mechanic chain. We took the brakes apart, examined each part closely, tested each function and he told us there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the brakes and that he'd question the integrity of anyone who said otherwise. I had already spent the $ on parts so we switched out rotors & pads which did have minimal wear. We told the mechanic what we had done (had nothing to do with the calipers) and they then gave us a passing inspection. I dont know if this was a case of a difference of opinion, lack of integrity, or exaggeration but we'll err on the side of caution and go elsewhere."

"Came here had an inspection done failed due to rear brakes and rotors so I took it back to my regular guys because I still had warranty both are fine I really wanna call the state police at this point because yall tried your hand with a strong black country woman but I grew up building cars you could never get over on me! "Edit: I gave this place a review before 7 months ago. I came back here again 2 days ago and wanted to give another 5 star review. I had a diagnostic done for my car and they found something wrong but they couldn't tell specifically, so they waived the fee since they said I would need to pay for diagnostic again to go to the actual dealership..I really appreciated that!! I am coming back here for sure. I like the walk-in service style and how they have a waiting area where I can be productive in my laptop while waiting. ----- I walked in and felt that service was pretty fast for a walk in. I waited maybe less than 2 hrs. I had an oil change, tire pressure check, and I asked them to check my rear break light. They fixed them all for what I felt was a good price. My "max air" button was also broken. I didnt bring this up. But it was fixed when it was all done for no extra charge."
