Explained everything without talking over my head, and not insulting my intelligence. You never want to have to deal with a car repair. But, we know its going to happen. Finding the RIGHT shop that has the many decades of positive reviews, you can trust that this shop will have you taken care of. Prices were exactly what I expected. Meaning nothing made me feel like i was being handled. I hope to not see them again, but, repairs and proper maintenance are going to happen. Del's will always be my first choice."

"They don't respect your time and won't commit. We are a single car family and I need the car available. My weather called multiple times to find out when we'd be able to get an inspection and they told her if we dropped it off in the morning they'd get it to us by EOD. When I got there first thing in the morning they told me it would be end of day NEXT DAY. They used the excuse that they don't take appointments, but this is completely unacceptable. It's accept that excuse if we hadn't called multiple times. If you really someone who respects you and your time, go somewhere else."

"I waited 4 and half hours for a simple emission test. They also pushed to run a diagnostic test on my breaks and claimed it would cost over $500 just to run a test. I strongly advise going somewhere else."
